The specific terms of each Affiliate’s participation in the network are governed by private agreements between Knot Just Ropes LLC and the Affiliate. Those terms are confidential and are not disclosed through this Website.

4. Service Transactions

When you contact a location through the Website — whether by submitting a form, using chat, calling, or any other means — you are communicating directly with the selected Affiliate. Any resulting agreement for services is a contract solely between you and that Affiliate. All scheduling, pricing, payment, service execution, and follow-up communications are handled exclusively by the Affiliate.

Knot Just Ropes LLC does not collect payment for services provided by Affiliates. After you submit a form or initiate a chat, all follow-up contact comes from the Affiliate directly.

5. Disputes

Knot Just Ropes LLC does not mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in any dispute between a user and an Affiliate. Any dispute arising from services performed by an Affiliate is solely between you and that Affiliate. Knot Just Ropes LLC has no obligation to take any action in connection with such disputes.

6. Affiliate Communications

Affiliates independently manage their own communications and lead follow-up. If you wish to opt out of communications from an Affiliate, you must do so directly with that Affiliate.

Certification criteria are determined solely by Knot Just Ropes LLC and are subject to change at any time without notice.
